Well, its that time of year isn't it. The snow is just about gone and the tulips are saying "I'm finally here!" One can see out in the field little tunnels in the grass where little creatures burrowed through the winter. It's a wonderful time! The sun is shining and the air is sweat and fresh. All this makes me antsy. I want to go kick a soccer ball around, but the ground is still too soft and wet. I would love to go hiking but the trails are to mucky still.
The wonderful thing is I get to walk around now. On my lunch hour at work my favorite thing to do is walk around town. I also love to shop, so sometimes I forbid myself to go into certain stores because I know I will come out with something. It’s also the time when you start noticing everything that needs to be done. The fence needs painting, garden needs rota tiling, bridges need fixing and the cow needs brushing. It’s also time to get the quads and dirt bikes out and warmed up. The ground will be hard enough soon to take them for a ride.
Well, I had better go. School is calling my name. Later this afternoon I will be going to help a friend with swimming lessons. It's really interesting. I enjoy it and it keeps me busy. I'll write again when I get a chance.
