A little bit of everything

Hey~
    Sorry I haven't been blogging for awhile. I've been pretty busy with school, work, swimming, friends and now braces. It will be a week Thursday and wow. Hahah. At this point it takes me about 30 min to clean my teeth all together. To some of you, that might seem like I’m taking way too long but eh I’m just getting used to it. :p Flossing isn’t the easiest thing in the world. :) It's like sewing kinda haha.
     The first couple of days it was really sore and I could hardly eat anything. The best way to describe it is it's like every tooth is loose. :p So it's now Tuesday and I still can't chew anything. So I’m eating things like soup, mashed potatoes, smoothes, ice cream and yogurt. I feel like I'm eating baby food.  Hahah.
   The weather has been really funny. Take for instance yesterday. I was at work and I look out and it's hot and sunny so I open the door. Two hours later it's pouring rain with thunder and lightning so I close the door. Then by 6 p.m. it's hot and sunny again. That's Terrace for ya. :) Once I biked to the pool and it was hot and sunny but by the time I was done it was pouring rain.
       Prom was this weekend. It must be so exciting for them! I have one more year until I'm done. It's an exciting but scary feeling. Exciting in the way that I will finally be done with the books but scary in the way that now I'll be entering into the real world with all of its realities. I’ve figured out what I'm going to be doing after so that’s not an issue. I'm definitely looking forward to the adventure of it.
      I’m going to have to get my own car by the end of the summer though. I've been looking around and wow. I actually didn’t realise there was so much to look for in a vehicle. lol :) Plus stay in one's budget. That's hard sometimes. I don't plan to actually purchase one until September but who knows maybe I'll find an amazing deal before then.
     At this point I'm still waiting for my lifeguarding courses. I have three left. AEC, NLS and last but not least WSI. August will be a stressful month because the AEC will be running right into the NLS which means I don’t have any time in between courses so I will be really stressed. I've been going to the pool at least once a week now to practise my length time and egg beater. I've never been good at egg beater like everyone else so I have to work extra hard at it.
     Well the sun is shining and the sky is blue. I think I'm going to go out for a bike ride. One of the brackets fell off my back tooth so I have to go into town to get that fixed. I will try and keep you posted on everything that happening. Hope you have a great day. A friend told me this past week something that stood out. He said "Try and do everything you do this week to its fullest. Do it as if it were the last time you were going to do it." So I'm trying that this week.
